From the moment we arrived with a 5-hour delay, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, arranging a private driver for sightseeing and airport transportation. the owners, especially Rajish, were extremely accommodating and fluent in English. the complimentary breakfast, beverages, and minibar were a nice touch. the response from housekeeping was excellent, and the front desk was very responsive. We truly felt taken care of during our stay. Cons: Nothing bad to say. 😊.
